Yet Another Theory Gets Blown Out of the Water

We can now say that this premise has been discredited:

I'm sure that it helps to blog like there's no chance whatsoever that another one of Zimmerman's lies is going to blown completely out of the water, but, really. Just stop.

Advocating on behalf of George Zimmerman's account (or the account spread by those trying to defend him) has to be one of the most frustrating aspects of this case. Time and time again, Zimmerman's account has been revealed to be free of substance, details, and the truth.  A key part of the defense of Zimmerman rested on the idea that he was calling for help and was thus justified in shooting Trayvon Martin. That's now one more crumbling edifice that cannot be rebuilt.

Do you know what I'm waiting for? I'm waiting to find out if Martin was shot in the chest or in the back. If he was shot in the back, it's all over. You'll see these people delete their blog posts and run for the hills. But, even still. If Martin was shot in the chest, it doesn't mean Zimmerman isn't a lying, violent Barney Fife wannabe.

We all know it's going to end in tears and frustration. I really do (not) feel for these people. They want to know that, in their world, shooting an unarmed black teenager is the right thing to do. But it isn't, it never was, and it never will be. And that's why the tears are so important.

Why do people think Zimmerman was crying non-stop after this happened? Why?

Because he knew he did the wrong thing. Everything since then has been a lie to cover this up. And it hasn't been covered up and it won't go away.
