A Tragic Moment for the Human Condition

There are so many things going on here that it's really difficult to find a place to start.

First of all, it's a tragedy. A tragedy.

Second, you have a story that links Gordon Ramsay to this man, the late Percy Foster, in a way that is, shall we say, a bit unfair.

Third, there is no hesitation whatsoever in exploiting this. Not even a pause. It's jammed together and, pun intended, rammed together, and no consideration whatsoever is given to what we're actually dealing with a talking about.

At the end of the day, yes. Celebrity is a disaster. Privacy? Ethics? What a joke. This is where we find ourselves, circa 2011. This is where all of this technological innovation and enlightened thought and education have brought us. Humankind whiffs on decency, misses, and then stumbles on.

It's all just a wreck, a mess, a horrid, horrid thing.
