Two Bills in Thirteen Years

Paul Ryan, the "intellectual" powerhouse of the Republican Party, has gotten two bills signed into law since becoming a Congressman thirteen years ago.

One renames a post office after Bill Clinton's failed Secretary of Defense; the other changed the way hunting arrows are taxed.

With success like this, it is difficult to understand what a real Republican legislator would look like.
